The Japan Media Arts Festival is taking part in the Sónar+D segment of Sónar Sound Santiago, which begins in Santiago, the Chilean capital, on Saturday 5 December. It will be first time for the city to host Sónar, one of the foremost international music festivals. The Japan Media Arts Festival will screen a selection of short anime and feature a number of projects. The participation in Sónar+D stems from “The quick brown foxp2 jumps over the lazy media” special exhibition held in Santiago in October.
